Guangli Gate 广利门

The four gates of The?Circular Mound Altar of the Temple of Heaven are: Taiyuan Gate in the east, Zhaoheng Gate in the south,Guangli Gatein the west, and Chengzhen Gate in the north.Taiyuan is another name for heaven. Zhaoheng means brightness and accessibility. Guangli means broadness and benefit. Chengzhen means achievement and auspiciousness, and is also a divination term. "Chengzhen" also means the fulfillment of a good wish, the fulfillment of a hexagram.All four words convey great auspiciousness, peace, and benevolence to the world. Good wishes reach heaven, bringing good weather and a bountiful harvest.天坛圜丘的四天门分别是：东为??泰元门、南为??昭亨门、?西为广利门、北为??成贞门。泰元：天之别称。昭亨：光明；通达。广利：广大；惠利。成贞：成就；吉祥，也是卜卦。‘成贞’也取美好愿望达成，卦成之意。四个词语皆取大吉祥、大太平、恩惠天下之意，美好愿望上达天庭，一年风调雨顺、五谷丰登。
